Formula
Monthly equivalent: weekly × 52/12 · quarterly ÷ 3 · annual ÷ 12 · monthly × 1.
Annual saving: (monthly price × 12) − annual plan price — only shown when positive.
Worked example
Three subscriptions: Netflix $15.49/mo, Spotify $11.99/mo, iCloud $2.99/mo.
Monthly total = $30.47. Annual total = $365.64. If Spotify offers an annual plan at $99.99, switching saves $43.89/yr.
FAQ
How are non-monthly prices converted? +
Weekly prices are multiplied by 52/12 to get a monthly equivalent. Quarterly prices are divided by 3. Annual prices are divided by 12. All items are then summed.
When does the "switch to annual" saving appear? +
Only for subscriptions billed monthly where you have entered an annual alternative price that is lower than 12 × the monthly price. The saving is the difference.
Does this account for free trials? +
No. Enter the price you will be charged once the trial ends.
Can I track shared subscriptions? +
